FTM, mag wo-work after 2 years and I want some advice po regarding sa magiging care taker ng baby ko

I want to work na po ulit but I'm in my "mom's guilt" gusto ko lang sana mag ask and pa advice, first time ko po kasing iiwanan anak ko sa never nya pang nakita and nakasama but we trust this woman naman cause my partner knows her for a long time na and sya rin nag alaga sa mga pamangkin ng partner ko, but I just want to know na okay lang ba iwan ko na basta si baby sakanya what I mean is that yung anak ko kasi as in never pa naiwan sa iba, okay lang ba na umiyak sya dahil nangingilala pa cause I really don't have a choice. Please po help and I am looking to hear an advice from you po.
