Any good nanny recommendations?

Hi mummies, I'm looking for a stay-in nanny to look after my little one before we send her to infant care. Any good recommendations? Also want to ask for advice from working mums- is it possible to work and take care of a infant at the same time? I don't want to send the little one to infant care too soon, maybe only from 6 months onwards, but I don't know what to do from the time my mat leave ends to infant care. All advice welcome!

It totally depends on the amount of support you get at your work place. Atleast for child's 2 years of age, it is recommended you yourself take care instead infant care.
