5 weeks and bleeding

Hi, saja nak share and seek some support from the mommies. Saya 5 weeks 5 days and dah 7 days bleeding. Pergi clinic to check and doctor buat transvaginal scan tapi tak nampak sangat kantung. It is too small and doctor tak boleh nak confirm if I am still pregnant. So, doctor buat blood test and need to wait for a few days for the result. This will be my second pregnancy. Had a miscarriage in mid of Aug. Bleeding tu mostly brown blood with some discharge. Hoping to get some supports here sebab rasa macam alone in this journey 😔
