Could I be pregnant?

My period is regular up until Feb 23. But the next month (March) up until now, I haven't got my period. I tried doing pregnancy test twice but it shows negative ( April 6, 15). I just felt nauseus on april 12,13,14 but after that I don't see any pregnancy symptoms. I just feel normal, no changes except for my menstration that hasn't come yet.
