Which is better, private or agency for confinement nanny?

Any recommendations? I see terms and conditions of many nanny agencies are quite unfair. Thinking whether getting a private nanny is better?

got mine previously from private. pros and cons I believe. but these days the agency fees are crazy especially when my edd falls during Jan 2023 near cny. 😪
