I’m on my 1st Trimester, 11 weeks and 6days na po. Pwede po ba ako sa potatoes, mushroom and tuna pasta? Yan po mga lagi kong kinakain eh. Thank you so much.

Pwede naman po yan wag lang po yung tuna canned kase po talagang prohibited sa buntis ang preservatives food dahil prone tayo sa infection.
