Hi mummies, 1st time mummy here. If have tummy hard feeling every 30mnt, little pain at vjj does it mean going to deliver?

Time your contractions! If they are getting closer then yes you’re in labor. But if they not not getting closer or more intense then it should be Braxton hicks

Sleeping in 3rd trimester

Any mummy had difficulty sleeping during 3rd trimester? I'm currently 31wks and often don't get enough sleep due to baby kicking. Any way can help to improve sleeping pattern?
