San meron murang SERUM BHCG around Qc? May past ectopic kasi ako medyo worried lang. 4weeks and 5days pregnant di pa nakikita si baby sa utz. TIA sa suggestion

Hi mga mommies, I need your help. Delayed ako pero 4 days pa lang but nung Feb 7 nag pt ako nag positive siya ang medyo malinaw. Then inulit ko this morning but sadly lumabo siya. Makikita mong positive pa din kaso mas malabo na kesa nung una. May pinkish bleeding ako and nag pacheck up na ko and ultrasound but wala pang nakitang sac or viable pregnancy. Help me mga momshie di ko alam gagawin ko. I've been pregnant 3 times, but namiscarriage and ectopic lang before. Isa nalang tube ko which is left ft tapos may hydrosalpinx pa. Pls help me.
