skin rashes

ok lang po ba gamitan ng cetaphil lotion ang face ni baby?.. my mga rashes po kc sya gawa ng mahilig syang kumamot ng mukha.. at the same time ngddry dn ung face nya.. cetaphil nman po gnagamit ko panligo nya..
