poop color and texture

hi mga moms..my baby is 2months old,and ung color ng poop nya for 2 days now is my halong greenish and parang slimy na texture..pero wala pong ngbago sa ugali ng baby ko,masigla pa dn nman and malakas dn dumede..mahimbing dn nman matulog and hnd nman iritable..salungat lahat dun sa naresearch q na signs ng diarrhea kc my possibility daw na ganun..any info bout this condition??thanks for the answers
