Perut asyik kembung

Saya 22w, perut asyik kembung smpai semput dada. Nk tidur pun susah sbb kembung perut.. Mommies boleh bg cadangan tk mcm mna nk hilangkan? Ke normal je perut kembung ni?

    normal.. - Elakkan makanan yang berminyak, pedas & yang menyumbang kembung. -Makan dalam kuantiti kecil dan kerap. Ambil makanan tinggi serat. - Minum air secukupnya tapi elakkan minum terlalu banyak selepas makan. - Boleh juga minum air halia + lemon. - Elakkan baring selepas makan. - Kekal aktif. Lakukan senaman ringan seperti berjalan kaki atau yoga.
