Hi mommies, I'm 9wks on the way and headache is killing me everyday.. I'm taking biogesic every 4 hrs but doesn't help.. Any suggestions how to manage this ?

Drink more water and eat fruits na mayaman sa mineral. Ganyan din ako noon nag water therapy lang ako, kumain ng prutas and rest na din.
