Paano malalaman kung nag punta sa baga ang lungad ni baby?

Si baby ko kasi happy spitter. Minsan yun lungad nya napasok sa ilong kapag di naagapan. Pano malalaman kung napunta yun sa baga? Normal ba na may halak si baby? PLEASE ANSWER PO.
