Sore throat remedies!

I’m currently at 6 weeks 4 days and having very dry and itchy sore throat. Any recommendations on remedies? Is Manuka honey safe to consume?

warm honey lemon drink will be one of best home remedies u can have. and remember to drink lots of warm water n have plenty of rest and avoid oily and spicy food. get well soon
