Pwede naman in moderation or wag lagi pero mas recommended din ng OB na kung pwede wag na.. High risk of miscarriage kasi and magkalow birth weight si baby.. Babies born with a low birth weight are at increased risk of health problems when they get older. Hope this helps :)
