7 month old separation anxiety
Help! My 7 month old girl seems to be going through a phase of separation anxiety. I want to encourage independent play but it seems like I can’t even put her down just to step to the kitchen or dining table (where she can still see me) without her crying escalating to screaming. Anyone going through the same thing? Any tips on how to manage especially when alone with her? #firstbaby
