im having trouble with my baby boy..sobrang hyper nya pero sobrang kulit dn..pano ko po sya mppasunod ng hindi ko kylangan sumigaw pra sawayin sya?

You don't have to shout if you know if you are in control or in charge as parent. If you said he is still baby which I assume infant. Much easier to handle.
