vitamin c

Hello mommies.. is it ok ba to take vitamin c for us? like fern c? i ask my ob and she said yes. once a day or pag may ubo at sipon twice a day. pero nag aalangan aq. hindi ba harmful for us and the baby?

i am 11 weeks preggy. sobrang skit ng ulo ko, natulog na ako kasi baka inaantok lang ako pag gising ko masakit parin. ano kaya iinumin na gamot na puede stin?
