Hi mga momsh, ask ko lang po kung paano kumuha ng indigency philhealth or sponsored philhealth. thankyou po ?

Punta ka barangay nyo kuha ka indigency certificate for medical purpose sabhn mo tapos hingi ka ng medical abstract sa ob mo pero alam ko mga 7 or 8 months pa ibbgay sayo yun lalo pag sa center ka nagpapa check up...tapos lalakarin mo yun sa philhealth yung main branch kung saan ka residence tapos sa munisipyo din...bbgyan ka naman instructions kung saan na next ang importante lang makuha mo is yung certificate sa barangay at yung sa ob
