Hindi recommended na magmani pedi ang buntis sis. Not unless kung yung ginagamit nila panglinis is iniisterilize muna bago gamitin.

Kain Lang po sis. And iwas po muna sa mga acidic foods. Natural Lang daw po na medyo sinisikmura Ang pregnant kasi nag e-expand ang uterus.
