Poop frequency

My 10mth old recently increased her poop frequency frm once a day/2days to twice a day. The poop is not watery but solid form and no diaper rash...is this normal? Could it be related to her eating more solids?

    yes. when they start solids, their poop will be more firmer.

    My 9mth old has 4wk old phlegm, 1wk of diarrhea (& diaper rash). What solids can/shouldnt i feed?

    Her diarrhea is possibly frm the onion juice or AGO ive been giving for phlegm
