mual minum susu waktu hamil

saya nak tanya, saya skrg tak boleh minum susu pregnant sebab setiap kali minum susu pregnant loya dia memang sampai muntah. saya sedikit sedih sebab yela makan skrg saya tak boleh nak makan banyak2 sebab tak lalu & asyik nak muntah. saya harapkan susu tu untuk tambahkan nutrisi untuk baby tapi bila mcm ni saya dah buntu 🤧
