haid tidak lancar

Assalamualaikum.. Bun ada yg tau cara biar haid lancar lagi gimana ya setelah KB suntik 3bulan selama 2tahun dan suntik KB 1bulan selama 1tahun?? Karna haid gak lancar, malah bisa di bilang gak haid sama sekali sampe sekarang?

    Efek KB memang seperti itu bun....saya dulu waktu masih KB tidak haid sama sekali
