lower abdomen cramps

I just recently found out i was pregnant. i think i am 5weeks already still havent check with the ob. ive been feeling lower abdomen cramps mostly any time of the day. I also felt so stressed out because both our parents doesnt know yet. I am currently working far from them and it adds my mood swings lately.
