Hello po! Im 15 weeks pregnant na po..ask lng po ako if naranasan nyo rin po sumakit ang balakang nyo esp.pagnakahiga ang hirap kumilos.2 weeks ko na pong nararamdaman eto hindi naman po nangangalay, parang may mga ugat na kailangang hilotin.

Nagpahilot ka ba? Hindi advisable ang hilot sa pregnant. Yung pain is probably from the pressure sayong growing uterus. Higa ka na lang pa side kung masakit pag nakatihaya. Nagpa utine test ka na ba? Possible din kasi from uti yun
