spotting in early pregnancy

I'm 6weeks 4 days pregnant , 4 days a ago I had a tiny bleed (just on toilet roll) since then it's been brown and like coffee grounds, I had an early scan and baby's heart was beating.. how long before this spotting should stop? it's seems to come and go through the day but only when I wipe. any advice would be great!

That happened to me too. They said bleeding is normal during the first weeks of pregnancy but still just to make sure, have yours checked. My doctor prescribed me duphaston for the bleeding. And it was gone after a week:)
