Until 12 weeks ambil folic acid sja sbb time ni folic acid sgt penting utk pmbentukan tulang belakang bayi. After 12 weeks baru start dgn iron supplement. Sbb mostly iron supplement just ada sikit je kandungan folic acid dlm tu. Unless u punya bacaan HB drop below 10-11. Baru start terus dgn iron supplement.
