Parang sinisikmuran at pangangalay ng mid ng likod

Hello pos ask ko lang po, 20 weeks pregnant po ako normal po ba ang parang sinisikmura at nangangalay and bandang gitna ng likod? 1st baby ko po kase. Thank you po.
