Scaly skin at back of neck

Hi all, what is this scaly patch behind my baby’s neck? It used to be just a red patch but I noticed some scaling today. Is it something I have to be worried about? Anything I can do to care for it or will it clear off on its own?#pleasehelp TIA!

It can be either heat rash that develop to dry skin. You might want to go doctor to get cream or moisturiser.
