2nd Cousin as Yaya
Hi! Just want to ask for opinions. May potential yaya na kasi kami for my baby that will be born on Aug/Sept. By then, my 2nd cousin is already available for us (she's now working as kasambahay sa iba with 8K salary). We can go as high as 6k max, she will do feeding, bath, bantay sa baby, laba ng damit ng baby (need kasi 2x or 3x a week) and luto ng food namin. House cleaning and laundry (including her clothes) will be done and shouldered by us (palaba sa labas), her toiletries by us, plus weekends off (Sat and Sun). Tama lang ba ang 6k for the tasks? Kasi ayoko na sana maghanap ng iba kasi kilala ko na sya and she used to work for us years ago pero as food server in our business. Di kasi namin kaya ang 8k kahit pa magyaya and all around sya. We haven't negotiated with her pa, my mom is the one talking to her kasi. Gusto ko kasi pag ako na kakausap may options na sya. What can be the other setups kaya na we can do na pasok sa 6k?
