Contraction bcoz of constipation? Is it normal?

Mga mie? Its my 3rd pregnancy na pero naninibago ako kasi di ko naranasan to sa 1st and 2nd ko. Nasa 2nd trim nko. 15 wks. Prting tumitigas tiyan ko kasi most of the time constipated ako. Masakit pwet ko and puson ko. Yung constipation ko as in nagstestrain ako magpoop sa sobrang tigas kumakain nmn ako ng fruits and veggies tsaka maraming water. Ano pa ba dapat gawin?may nakaranas ba sa inyo ng ganito nahihirapan sa pagdumi?

39 wks and 2 days, di prin lumalabas si baby. Ano po ba dapat gawin? 2nd baby ko na ito. Yung panganay ko early sya lumabas eh. Medjo worried lng.#advicepls
