sick baby or teething fever

Hi mommies, I keep reading about teething fever.. my baby is 10 months na bukas,, he has 4 teeth and there's 3 popping out again all the teeth are just in 3weeks.. may fever xia and it's 38.9 it's already 2 days na... Is he sick? Kc Wala along makitang ibang symptoms aside from drooling.. pero he still eats but not much... Salamat po sa ideas...
