Anyone pernah try IUD - Intrauterine device? Sakit tak? Berkesan tak?

I dah surgery buang left fallopian tube end Jan 2022, due to Ectopic Pregnancy, and doctor advise jangan mengandung for next 6 months minimum, but honestly my hubby sebenarnya tak ready , so we rediscussed balik and our stand is taknak try for next 2 year minimum. Nak try IUD so boleh have intercourse mcm biasa without condom. anyone ada experience please share.
