Placenta Previa

Ask lng po.. 19weeks na po ako.. may slight spotting ako reason is placenta previA.. Pahingi naman advised how to handle placenta preview po? Bed rest po ako ngayon puede bah mglakad2x sa bahay or totally in bed lng? Bawal bah mgtagal sa mgupo? On and off spot ko.. may chance pa bah macorrect yung placenta sa normal position?
