swollen gum and toothache

Any pain relief for swollen gum and toothache. I am 16weeks pregnant. Hindi pa kasi sched ng check up ko kaya dko pa maask yung OB ko. Ang ginawa ko palang kasi gargle warm water with salt. Baka meron pa po na pwedeng alternative.Thank you in advance po.
