Hello po! Gagamit pa po ba kayo ng bigkis for your babies? Dati kasi uso yun pero sabi di na daw yun advisable ngayon

Di po inaadvise ng doctors, even yung pedia ng dad ko nung bata pa sya who studied sa Johns Hopkins and Yale she never recommended bigkis kasi it causes difficulty in breathing in babies when tied tightly. Babies are breathing through their tummies so pag may bigkis parang pinipigilan mo siya huminga. Meron pong magsasabi na, "wala naman nangyari sa baby ko," good for them but I think we'd rather listen to professionals talaga kasi they know the effects short term man or long term.
