Baby Stop Growing At 6 Week Plus

Went for my check up ytd and was at 10wks. We were so excited to see the baby and who knows this will happen to us. Gyane scan and said my baby did not grow, and its still 6wks 3 days. (miscarriage) both in shock and stun and went silent. Nothing unusal and was Having Morning sickness till 9 wk plus and it suddenly stopped. So didn't realised anything not right. Couldn't hold my tears and burst out inside. Too many why in my mind. Had the first miscarriage in Dec and now the second time. Monday going for d&c.
