no gestation seen

Im already 3 weeks delayed from my perion i have taken a pregnancy test and itcame out positive but there is no gestation seen on the ultrasound. Can someone help? I cant understand my situation. Thanks.

Masyado pang maaga para makita po yung sac and heartbeat. Try nyo po mag pa check ulit pagka 8weeks.
