    Sye de alami symptom2 cam spd. Tp xtau btoi ke x sbb xpnh rujuk doc. Sye prasan kalo bnyk rehat kurg jln kurg sakit. Kki mmg xle nk agkt. Kalo nk pkai seluar mmg sarung btoi2 dri tapak kaki pstu trik ke atas dlm keadaan dduk. Jalan la slow2 yg boleh kalo da skit tu stop la dlu bgerak. Jgn paksa2.
