Sakit kat bawah perut

Hi mommies semua.. Now sy pregnant anak ke 4 tp jarak dgn yg nombor 3 dekat. Cuma beza setahun.. Skrg dah 23 weeks tp lately ni saya sakit kat bawah perut @ atas ari2 tu.. Biasa dah hujung2 8 bulan ke 9 bulan ke baru sakit.. Siapa ada pengalaman nie? Normal ke? Ke sbb jarak hamil tu dekat? Boleh kongsi cara lain selain angkat kaki ke dinding x?
