Nyeri selangkangan saat hamil 7 bulan

Bunda2 semuanya ,,ada ga bunda2 yg hamil 7 bulan suka sakit selangkangan ?? Aku sampe susah jalan sama tidur ..rasanya sakiiiit bangettt ..ada yg tau solusinya bagaimana biar ga sakit ???#seriusnanya

    Posisi kepala bayi sudah dibawah Bu? Biasanya itu salah satu cirinya, nyeri dan tdk nyaman diarea pangkal paha.
