about early maternity leave

Hi, my doctor adviced me to go on early maternity leave since nag premature labor ako. as per my OB manipis any cervix ko due to long walk sa pagpasok sa work. 25 weeks pregnant palang ako. ang problem po hindi pa ako regular sa company ko and evaluation ko na next month if mareregular ako or hindi. makakapag maternity leave with pay ba ako or without pay? reasonable ba na materminate due to absences about childcare and pregnancy concerns? second baby ko na kasi to. first time ko rin magmamaternity benefits ng employed. sana po may makapag advice. thanks
