bolehkah pumping sebelum melahirkan?

Bun, payudara saya kan udah seminggu bengkak keras sakit padahal sudah sering kompres. Skrg uk 36w. Boleh ga sih pumping asi duluan? Soalnya saya jadi meriang setiap hari krna ini, sakitnya sampe ke ketiak gitu. Boleh dijawab ya bun minta solusinya
