Curious about beta HCG level

Hi mummies, tested positive today and straight to clinic for blood test and the result was 370IU/L. This number seems like below the border line for week 4, did any1 experience the same?

My 2nd IVF Embryo Transferred Journey

I’m in 6 weeks, 2days back I noticed have brown discharge and start mild abdominal pain then I immediate went to clinic to have a progesterone shot and double up Duphaston. Then next day meet my gynae for a scan, found that the sac is very small, with such scenario of brown discharge and small sac doctor asked me to take beta hcg test. Today I go back to get the result, unfortunately it’s a very sad level, compare to my last hcg level it’s drop half from 1 thounsand plus to 800. My heart stop beating for a moment, because it’s a significant sign of miscarriage💔💔 and now I’m still having brown discharge and abdominal pain. Not sure does any1 have similar experience, can please guide what’s next before I proceed for Embryo transfer again?🙏🙏

Nipple & Breast Less Sensitive

I’m in 5 weeks now, my breast and nipple not sensitive as before. I’m suffering with breast swollen and sensitive nipple before but now seems disappear out of sudden🥹🥹 Is not normal? I’m just worried 🥹🥹
