Craving for Pineapple

Im 6 weeks pregnant, craving for pineapple. Is pineapple safe for pregnant women?

In moderation is fine, I ate (and drank) fresh pineapples, pineapple tarts, pineapple juice during pregnancy, baby came out fine and healthy.
