alarming ba to?

Hi mga mommy. I am 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Di ko pa na feel yong quickening ni baby? mostly anong month ko po ma feel yong galaw2x ni baby? I had miscarriage last November 2018 (8 weeks yon) and I'm just scared. I also experienced lower back pain and numbness sa lower extremities from time to time pero di naman severe pain, tolerable pain lang. Pero I'm just scared dahil my history na ako ng miscarriage.
