My 2 year old baby still cannot speak phrases and sentences but can follow instructions. Im worried.

My 2 year old baby canbot speak phrases and sentences but can follow instructions. When she wants something she just get us to go where she want us to go like to the ref and get something there. If she wants milk, she makes us go to where her milk is. And if her milk is of her reach she just get it by herself. She already, jumps, climbs furniture, runs, eat by herself, etc. but whats lacking is speech. We are so worried. Im thinking about ASD. 😔
