Pusod ni baby

hello! 4th day naputol ang pusod ni baby and bukas mag 4weeks old na sya. sariwa pa din pusod nya and may yellowish na lumalabas. hindi naman sya mabaho but still we're worried. is it normal? ano dapat gawin?
