makan buah pinang semasa mengandung

Hai mommies.. Ade tak yang ngidam buah pinang ms pregnant? Sy pregnant 16 minggu.. Baru2 kerap rasa nak mkn buah pinang kelat2.. Smpai sehari 2 biji.. Is it ok to eat this kind of food?
