9 weeks pregnant but the baby seems to be 6 weeks from last scan

Hello, I am 9 weeks pregnant and yesterday had my second scan. The doctor said the baby was 6 weeks and 4 days from the small picture she could take and she said it seems i might have a missa arte as she saw some blood as well outside the uterus. She suggested to either do another scan and have a second consultation or to get the blood test down to see the level of Progesterone ( which turn to be 66.70 and so in line with what is expected in the first trimester) however the Beta HCG is on the lower side. I am on 26548 when for 9 weeks should be at 63803 as a minimum. I will have to repeat the blood test tomorrow again and see if thins numbers have doubled. I was wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation and if so did they end up having a miscarriage? I saw the baby on the monitor which was very hard to find, but it seemed a bit bigger then last time we saw him/her. I am hoping that the baby was hiding and we couldn’t get a. good shot but this HCG levels are worrying anyway. Any advice or help would be appreciated as i am really worried considering i had a miscarriage when i was 21 and now i am 34 and expecting my 1st baby. thanks you
